At Nebü Gold, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Nebü Gold packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
